“With having no knowledge of Boilers or installation fees etc I was delighted when I spoke with Leisa and she took us under her wing. I was very quickly impressed on how much she cared of our situation and understood the urgency without me even having it highlight it to her! We had our quote within a day of us first speaking which was clear, detailed and fully explained. The contact between them and us was un-fault able, we really felt cared for! As for the work we had done, we wouldn’t even had known they had been and gone – other than having a nice warm house again of course. The engineers were very friendly and they did a wonderful job and were so tidy!!!!! We would most definitely recommend Prestige, and we are very thankful for you replacing our unplanned broken boiler!!! :-)”
