If your boiler breaks down and you’re suddenly without heat and hot water our heating engineers can proficiently repair most gas or oil boilers.

Our engineers will assess and diagnose the boiler fault and discuss their findings with you.  If the problem can be rectified there and then the engineer will do so, if a replacement part is required we will provide you with a quotation to include the cost of parts and labour to repair the boiler.

We will always look for the most affordable solution for the problem. However If the replacement parts for your particular boiler are no longer available or it will not be cost effective for you to have the repairs carried out we will advise you accordingly and provide you with all the relevant information and comparable costs for you to make an informed decision on whether to have the repairs to the boiler carried out or consider having a replacement boiler.

The best way to keep your boiler in full working order is to ensure that you have it serviced annually this will help to prevent boiler failures especially during the winter months when you rely heavily upon your central heating system. Another way to keep your central heating system and boiler in good order is to have your system power flushed. A power flush is a process that gives your central heating system a thorough internal clean and usually improves the central heating system’s performance. If your boiler cannot be repaired and requires replacement we do recommend Worcester Bosch Boilers whether it be for a gas or an oil boiler.  We are Gold accredited installers for Worcester Bosch which means we are able to give all of our clients extended guarantees on any Worcester gas or oil boiler between 5 and 10 years depending on the boiler installed.  This is not a warranty this is a guarantee that covers the boiler for parts and labour for the length of the guarantee.
